Participants will learn: Identify barriers d/Deaf population have learning language and literacy. Discuss where students d/Deaf attend school. Examine literacy outcomes for d/Deaf. Identify the skills/tools you have to impact GREATER outcomes for this population. Discuss what we know works and what to expand on in our practice. Message of HOPE and thoughts for the future.
