The Reading League has promoted Andrea Setmeyer to vice president of marketing, the Syracuse-based national nonprofit announced.
Setmeyer will lead national marketing strategy to amplify the organization’s mission and advance evidence-aligned reading instruction across the country in her new role.
She previously served for four years as the organization’s national chapter director, where she supported and strengthened a nationwide network of chapter leaders working to ensure educators have access to high-quality, research-aligned professional learning.
A nationally certified school psychologist, Setmeyer brings more than a decade of experience working in public schools. She holds a master’s degree in school psychology from Northern Illinois University and is based in Indianapolis.
